          The search process is fundamentally simple, and breaks down into two main components: research and recruitment.  Auster Associates’ research is always thorough and original, and we never rely on the “Old Boys” network, as others often do.

          Because no two searches are alike, each assignment begins with targeting companies and then identifying all appropriate prospects within them.  On occasion, we may choose to supplement our name generation with information from data banks.  Typically, we identify 150 or more prospects before the first phone call is made.
          Though the search process is similar for all practitioners, our ability to recruit is unique.  Our forte is the ability to pique the interest of those individuals not actively on the job market.  This is reinforced when we later personally interview the candidates requested by our clients.
